Attraction is a complex game and different people perceive it in a different way. It is not a perfect science. Attraction is not like where you travel at a particular speed and you will reach your destination in the time specified. It is a zero sum game. There can be two perfect looking people in a room, and they will never look at each other while there is always something about the guy a woman chooses to be with that is irresistible. The science of what attracts men towards the woman they like revolves around two factors - physical appearance and the way she walks, talks and spreads her aura. Different men know the type of woman they want and will constantly look for that type. 

Let's suppose that as a man you enter a room that is filled with group of people including men and women. Immediately you will start to scan the room for the woman that fits your scale of beauty. What are the physical traits that decide this - the body to waist ratio, the way the eyes look and how they move around from place to place & person to person, the way of walking and moving around, the level of happiness or seriousness she has (some men prefer happy go lucky women while others may want the quite seriousness). The overall physical appearance can play a factor as well. This is where the choice of men can vary the most.

The woman's personality and her outlook towards life plays an important factor as well. The things she considers important in life and if they match the guy's outlook. If men who like to enjoy the outdoor public life, then that is the sort of woman they would want, while if like to enjoy together quiet time then that is the type of woman they will find attractive. The sense of humor, the kindness, the dreams, the thoughts towards society and such factors play an important role in how the match will be made between a man and a woman. Even if there are differences then the right relationship has to find the right level of understanding.
